Since Siptah came out ive leveled up 13 greater pets to 20. 4 greater bears. 4 greater sabertooth. 2 sand reaper queen. 1 greater rock nose. 1 greater wolf. 1 greater island lynx. The first thing you need to know is that all non-greater pets are useless. I favor Greater Bears that you can easilly get giving honey to cubs and start with more than 4000HP. You can get 4 cubs with little effort on the small island in the Highlands just after getting out of desert/jungle biomes. I've been quite dissapointed with Greater Wolves/Tigers.
