You would need to reprogram your keys to the Immobilizer Module…. I think this is likely an immobilizer issue, that may not necessarily require an expensive dealer visit.

Blinky green is a low battery, blinky yellow is a dead key or key outside the truck, solid yellow means there's a DTC somewhere in the I-key system. The immobilizer is doing it's job - it doesn't recognize the response it got from that key's RFID chip, so it says "no start for you".
