Crimson doesn't do the absolute highest damage, but it builds stacks really fast and still mows everything down with the buff.

Malfeasance can hit upwards of 200k a shot there. For boss phases in general I like to use starry scales and either blade barrage or gathering storm, then switch to lucky pants while on a rocket, shoot a couple rockets while dodging, then finish with malfeasance. It's not the best dps for most bosses, but it's definitely one of the most fun
