I uninstalled Clip Studio and Clip Studio Paint, then reinstalled the latest version of Clip Studio Paint. Sometimes it gets disabled when updating. It should be on for the pen to work. If it's checked, try to unckeck it, and see if it resolves the problem. Try also to update the tablet drivers and double check the windows ink option is still on after the update. Hope it helps!

Losing pen pressure is always, ALWAYS the root of this problem regardless of what paint program you use. It's due to a buggy tablet driver, but it can be fixed either by downloading the latest one online (if said driver is outdated) or restart it on Task Manager in the Services tab (see second snippet below).
