Run the modpack, make your selections, install while using "Delete all previous mods from the game (strongly advised) - wipes out everything in res_mods and mods folders." And then when you want to add/remove things - run the modpack again, it remembers last choices - change things - install while using above ...Aslain. I would suggest to not uninstall my modpack, so you will not lose all settings in game registry, and in DL folder together with some backups of mods configs. I'm not sure how it is in promod, but when you select clean install there, it will clean res_mods and mods folders, you can backup those folders as well.

Aslain. Basicaly you have to perform that 3 steps: Click first button and select the installer .exe. Click on second button and select your _Aslains_Installer_Options.inf. Click on third button to launch the installer with your setup.
